: Manage and assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision. Usually an entry level supervisor position.Essential functions and responsibilities:
Manage field crew in day-to-day production of projects
Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
Order tools and equipment
Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to the supervisor and/or Human Resources
