Summary/Objective
The Web Design/UX Specialist owns Medora’s online presence from aesthetic design, user functionality and content to create intuitive, high-converting digital experiences. This role owns the entire user journey on our websites and third-party partners—from audience research to AI/GEO/SEO optimization, and final visual layout and front-end optimization—ensuring that websites are visually engaging, mobile-responsive, and accessible. By leveraging user analytics and behavioral data, they continuously optimize landing pages and site architecture to reduce friction, enhance brand strategy, boost visibility, and drive measurable conversions.
