Must Haves:

• 3+ years of web production for large enterprise sites using a CMS (Drupal 11 preferred; AEM acceptable)
• Ability to build pages quickly using paragraph blocks, components, templates, and brand guidelines
• Strong understanding of SEO, information architecture, and conversion‑focused page layout
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and thorough QA across browsers/devices
• Working HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills for small production fixes and troubleshooting
• Clear communication with strong problem‑solving and issue articulation
