:Reporting to the Team Manager, the Operations Officer is responsible for supporting daily banking operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely service delivery.
This role provides broad operational support, including general and specialized transaction processing, while communicating professionally with partners and demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs, TD products, and internal processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Process transactions accurately and on time, in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Escalate processing and operational issues to the appropriate function or partner as needed, supporting timely resolution while maintaining service quality and procedural alignment.
Respond to partner questions, provide clarification, and support the resolution of identified deficiencies.
