You will work closely with various business units, supporting them in implementing effective change and improving organizational efficiency. Your in-depth knowledge of organizational development and strong analytical abilities will guide teams in identifying problems and creating strategic solutions that align with business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to uncover opportunities for improvement
• Recommend practical solutions to complex organizational issues
• Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions
• Analyze survey results to inform decision-making
• Support development of performance objectives and key results
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s preferred
• 3-5 years in change management or business improvement
