Job Description
This is a summer-season leadership position at Herzl Camp. The Waterfront Manager is responsible for all activity on the waterfront, including the swim and boat docks. At Herzl Camp we use the waterfront from sunrise to sunset. Time on the lake is a highlight of camp for campers and staff alike. Waterfront activities include water skiing, tubing, swimming, sailing, fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing. The Waterfront Manager leads a team comprised of two area supervisors, eight full time specialists, and a large team of counselor lifeguards. The safety of all campers and staff is the primary responsibility of the Waterfront Manager.
