Job Description
Lead the charge in water management with Elk Valley Resources. As Project Lead, you'll develop strategic plans for water management to support mine development while ensuring regulatory compliance.
In this role, reporting to the Project Director, you will design a water management strategy integral to future coal mining projects. Key responsibilities include integrating regional water quality programs and evaluating complex water models. Your expertise will ensure effective mitigation and management plans for water quality and quantity issues across multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee project water management strategies
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on water-related disciplines
• Evaluate water quality and quantity modeling performance
• Provide technical support for regulatory submissions and permits
• Integrate health and safety adherence in all projects
