As a Team Member at CR Sustainability, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting State Farm Stadium's sustainability efforts. This part‑time position focuses exclusively on sorting waste materials, ensuring proper segregation of garbage, recyclables, and compostable materials. Rate of Pay

• This position starts at $16.00 per hour , with an automatic increase to $17.00 per hour effective the first day of the pay period following the 90th day of employment.

Schedule

• Work hours are based on the stadium’s event schedule and may vary week to week.
• Shifts can occur during the day, evening, or overnight, and weekly hours may range from 0 to 40 depending on event needs.
• Shifts are assigned within each employee’s stated availability.
