Job Description
The Warranty Operations & Program Coordinator acts as the central hub for European Warranty Operations (EWO). The general task of this job is to ensure operational, financial, and compliance integrity across Ford’s European warranty programs. This role is a hybrid of Communication, Financial Administration, System Administration & Compliance.
Education: University / College degree in Technology/Business Administration/Operation Management or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project management analysis or controlling role, technical knowledge is an advantage, preferably within a multinational environment
Language: Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in other EU languages is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge in Microsoft 365 is a must. Familiarity with automotive environment and reporting systems is an advantage.
