Warranty & Lifecycle Support Specialist

Wärtsilä Corporation in Mexico City seeks a professional to drive service delivery for ESB-supplied equipment across the lifecycle. You will coordinate handover meetings, prepare warranty announcements, and ensure timely resolution of claims with clear communication.

You will support warranty handling with internal stakeholders, deploy Field Service resources when needed, and monitor agreement activities to minimize costs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
