Location:Farnborough
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 3 off
Hours: 1:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Salary: £30,600 per annum

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing operation. In this role, you will lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient movement of parcels while delivering excellent operational performance.
You will be responsible for motivating your team, maintaining high standards of health and safety, driving productivity, and ensuring customer service expectations are consistently achieved.
