The Role
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize order fulfilment, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Working with the operations team to streamline processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse performance.
