 Description Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: West Seneca Employment Type: Direct hire Industry: Food manufacturing Compensation: $75-90k Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift (openings on both shifts currently)About the Opportunity:We are looking for candidates for 2nd and 3rd shift. Must also be available for weekends/holidays.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Achievement of established department goals of load-out, production volume, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
Provides leadership and guidance to employees for the purpose of development and establishment of a good working atmosphere.
Coordinates daily load-out and production activities to meet business objectives.
Communicates non-compliances in a timely fashion to appropriate Managers for corrective action.
Communicates with department managers to maintain efficient operations.
