Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for the seamless execution of warehouse operations business process and deliver the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly volume objectives in the areas of outbound/inbound, storage, pick/pack, order fulfillment, returns, and product recovery.

Work with the DC Operations Manager (Outbound Operations) to execute the warehouse operations component of the Distribution CenterRoadmap.

Handle operational and tactical issues and immediately resolve, elevate and engage in escalations for Warehouse Management matters requiring management intervention.

Oversee the end-to-end flow of inventory in the area(s) of assignment with the correct documentation.

Have a full understanding of all the work instructions, policies, and procedures and oversee their compliant execution in the assigned areas of the operation.
