Warehouse Supervisor (Tuas)

Position: Warehouse Supervisor Salary: up to $3500 Working Day: 5 Days Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm Working Location: Tuas Job Responsibilities: Lead & supervise a team of customer service staffs to fulfil customers' orders. Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding all administrative and documentation difficulties, as well as addressing any concerns brought up. Keep an eye on shipments to make sure they are cleared and delivered on time. Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes. Quickly process billing bills for customers. Use the Microsoft Office Suite to extract and tabulate data for report analysis. Manage the Section's safety and provide the team with safety information. Perform routine cycle counts and stock audits. To increase efficiency, find and implement process changes. Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
