Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Run and manage all warehouse operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Operate reach trucks safely and effectively
• Oversee and assist with pick packing and order dispatch
• Use RF scanning systems to manage stock movements accurately
• Manage invoicing, inventory control, and stock accuracy
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and best practices
• Handle administration tasks related to warehouse operations and reporting
• Lead, support, and coordinate warehouse staff

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Warehousing and Logistics (required)
• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior role
• Strong hands-on experience with reach truck operation (valid licence preferred)
