Position Overview
:
Working independently with guidance from Warehouse Manager, responsibilities are to supervise, delegate and assign all warehouse related activities.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 10 am - 6.30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes assigning tasks utilizing resources and abilities of the workforce to maintain a continual workflow, setting priorities, coaching and training as requiredEnsure compliance with the Collective Agreement Assist in daily manpower planningEnsure adherence to all safety, security and sanitation policies as they apply to the Company.Assist in other Warehouse related matters and other areas as determinedRequirements:
Some post-secondary education in Operations Management Preferable experience in a unionized environment,
