Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives.Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures.Monitor team performance and support achievement of operational KPIs.Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions and employee development activities.Manage attendance, holidays, return-to-work interviews and employee wellbeing.Ensure effective shift handovers and communication across teams.Coordinate workload and resources to meet internal and external customer requirements.Support cross-training and workforce flexibility initiatives.Conduct GMP, safety and operational audits.Escalate service, operational or performance issues appropriately.Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
