Position Purpose
This position is responsible for supervising the Warehouse functions to ensure compliance with required processes and guidelines accomplishing business plan objectives and customer related KPI’s. Supervise Logistics (inbound and outbound), control the inventory through cycle counts process. This position has a significant impact on Sales and Customer Centricity and working closely with Supply chain & master scheduling departments to ensure the reliability of the inventory. Make sure the lines keep running according to the production schedule in an efficiency manner.
- Supervise all warehouse processes and overall TQMS for the warehouses.
- Control the skill matrix for warehouse team and track down the category change with HT.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action for arising issues to control properly the inventory at the site.
