About Our Client
Our client is a food manufacturing operation based in Malmesbury with a busy finished goods warehouse and dispatch environment. The business requires a hands-on warehouse leader who can maintain stock accuracy, manage people, control dispatch flow and uphold food safety and SHEQ standards.
Role Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the correct storing, picking, movement, loading and stock take of finished goods according to company procedures. This role requires strong stock control, warehouse floor visibility, documentation accuracy and the ability to manage operational pressure in a food manufacturing dispatch environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts, monthly stock takes and variance investigations.
Ensure stock accuracy targets are maintained across warehouse locations.
