  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and shipping.

  • Lead warehouse staff by coordinating work schedules, task assignments, manpower allocation, and shift handover.

  • Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, warehouse transactions, and operational documentation.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with operations, inventory, transport, and client service teams.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, shipment processing, and service execution.

  • Conduct regular warehouse floor checks to ensure safety, housekeeping, storage discipline, and proper handling of goods.

  • Support inventory counts, cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy investigation.
