Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring smooth and timely execution Ensure accurate inventory control, stock movement, and proper storage practices to maintain high inventory accuracy Lead, supervise, and guide warehouse team members to achieve daily operational targets and productivity goals Plan and allocate manpower effectively based on workload and operational priorities Monitor warehouse performance and drive improvements in efficiency, productivity, and space utilization Enforce safety standards, company policies, and discipline within the warehouse team Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching to improve performance and teamwork Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries Ensure proper documentation, warehouse system updates, and inventory records are maintained accurately Identify operational ...
