Job Summary The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, supporting warehouse operations, maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating inbound and outbound material movements, and ensuring compliance with warehouse standards. The role also supports stock audits, maintains warehouse organization, and ensures all weighbridge records are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in daily morning meetings to review operational challenges from previous shifts, propose solutions, and implement continuous process improvements.
Ensure there are no inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system (book) stock.
Coordinate with the Receiving and Issuing Officer to verify and confirm all inbound and outbound material transactions.
