Warehouse & Forklift Operative
Location: Southampton/Romsey
£13.49-£14.00 per hour
- Sunday-Thursday night shifts starting from 17:15 until finish (depending on workload)
- Monday-Friday day shifts 9:00-18:00
Role Purpose
This role supports the safe and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods within a busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will operate VNA, Counterbalance and/or Reach forklifts to load, unload, store, and transport stock while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate VNA, Counterbalance and/or Reach forklifts in line with site procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled safely and securely.
