We are now recruiting for a confident and hands-on Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our team at iForce Corby on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to step into a busy warehouse operation where you will lead, support and develop colleagues across a range of workstreams. You will play a key role in keeping the shift running smoothly, ensuring productivity, service, quality and health and safety standards are achieved every day.

Shift: Rotating shifts, 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00

Salary: £31,951.41

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, organise and support warehouse colleagues across a busy shift operation.
  • Provide training, coaching and guidance to new and existing team members to help achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Support people processes including attendance, performance, team briefings and day-to-day colleague management.
