Night Shift Manager – NIGHTS ONLY
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Salary: £45,000 Hours: Full‑time, Permanent Shift Pattern: Night Shift – this role is 100% nights
If you’re an experienced warehouse leader who thrives on night work, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy night‑shift operation within a multi‑temperature distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone who prefers working nights and enjoys leading teams, improving processes and keeping operations running smoothly while the rest of the business sleeps.
You’ll manage a team of around 30 colleagues, ensuring all night‑shift activities — picking, replenishment, loading and dispatch are completed safely, accurately and on time to support next‑day customer deliveries.
