Job Description
Job Summary
The Warehouse Receiving Staff is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing raw materials, packaging materials, and other inbound deliveries for noodle production. The role ensures that all incoming materials are accurately checked, documented, and stored in accordance with company procedures, inventory standards, and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Gate-In & Inbound Checking
- Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and supplies from suppliers.
- Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Receipts (DRs), and receiving documents.
- Check quantities, specifications, and expiration dates before acceptance.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for required inspections and material release.
Physical Integrity & Discrepancy Logging
- Inspect incoming materials for damages, contamination, incorrect labeling, or quality issues.
