Warehouse Receiving & Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accept and unload deliveries from suppliers, couriers, and internal transfers
• Inspect incoming parts and materials for damages, discrepancies, or missing items
• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and part numbers against purchase orders, delivery receipts, or invoices
• Properly document received items using forms, inventory systems, or ERP software
• Tag or label incoming parts with stock codes or barcodes, if applicable
• Coordinate with purchasing or quality control teams when issues are found (e.g., wrong item, defective part)
• Ensure proper storage and organization of received items in the warehouse or stockroom
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the receiving area

Delivery & Rider Duties

• Transport parts between branches, warehouses, suppliers, or customers using company-issued motorcycle or delivery vehicle
