Warehouse Operative/Forklift Operative
Location: Southampton
£13.49 per hour
Monday-Friday night shifts starting from 17:15 until finish (depending on workload)
Role Purpose
This role supports the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of stock within a busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will help ensure orders are processed accurately and safely while maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Receive, store, and distribute high-volume stock efficiently
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch
- Maintain stock accuracy and support inventory control processes
- Follow all health, safety, and security procedures
- Operate within tight deadlines and changing workloads
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and compliant
