The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

• Use a headset system to follow picking instructions accurately.
• Pick a variety of products, including chilled goods.
• Work towards achieving picking and productivity targets.
• Ensure deliveries are stacked safely and securely.
• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Take responsibility for completing orders independently.
• Assist with team tasks such as cleaning equipment and stock checks.
