2 - 3 Years experience working in a technical environment and managing warehouse / stores operations and leading a team including Drivers, Stores, Assemblers and Painter
Knowledge of inventory control, dispatch procedures, and warehouse operations.
Experience as Health and Safety Representative
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (SAP will be advantageous).
Duties
Lead and develop employees through daily operational meetings, coaching, and training.
Plan, schedule, and delegate workloads effectively.
Ensure all completed and dispatched work meets required quality standards.
Maintain strong communication within the operations team.
Monitor and enforce operational, workshop, and dispatch standards and procedures.
Ensure all orders comply with sales order requirements.
Ensure efficient planning and execution of picking and packing operations.
