We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in cold chain supply and warehouse distribution. The ideal candidate will possess robust financial acumen in forecasting and budgeting, along with proven expertise in managing a fast-paced work environment. This role requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently oversee day-to-day inventory, receiving, and shipping processes, while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and optimizing labor management to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
