Role Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Operations to warehouse operations for our D2C brand, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries, operational efficiency, and cost-effective distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- :Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and coordinate with transporters and 3PL partner
- sManage warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and stock accurac
- yEnsure timely dispatches, SLA adherence, and resolution of operational issue
- sMonitor operational KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous process improvement
- sManage vendors and lead on-ground warehouse/logistics team
