Warehouse Officer- Quality Management

Job Summary

The Quality Management Officer is responsible for driving end-to-end quality performance across warehouse operations, ensuring KPI achievement (DDR & other damage categories) through on-ground enforcement, proactive issue detection, and across-functional resolution. The role ensures that quality standards are not only monitored but strictly implemented and sustained across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Quality Enforcement

• Conduct regular warehouse visits (Dasma, Tonivic, and other assigned sites).
• Perform floor audits across collecting, packing, dispatch, and storage areas.
• Immediately identify, escape, and enforce correction of SOP deviations.
• Validate that corrective actions are implemented properly on the floor.

KPI Ownership & Performance Improvement

• Own and drive improvement of: DDR (WH IMPACT), OTHER DAMAGE CATEGORIES.
