Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Fulfillment: Manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring all e-commerce orders are processed accurately and on time to meet same-day or next-day shipping cutoffs.Optimize Workflow: Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflow strategies (, zoning, wave picking) to maximize throughput and minimize labor costs.Technology Management: Expertly utilize and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, and shipping software to ensure real-time inventory and tracking accuracy.Vendor and Carrier Management: Coordinate with carriers and logistics delivery partners.Maintain Accuracy: Implement and manage cycle counting and physical inventory procedures to achieve and maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.Stock Contro...
