Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse accuracy checking activities across all assigned warehouses.
• Monitor warehouse collecting accuracy performance and reporting.
• Review accuracy reports and identify recurring operational issues.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations team for corrective actions and process improvements.
• Establish SOPs and monitoring mechanisms for warehouse accuracy checking activities.
• Supervise end-to-end stock displacement activities for store closures.
• Ensure proper allocation and redistribution of stock to receiving stores.
• Monitor carton mapping and stock movement status.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and transporters to ensure timely execution.
• Manage manpower planning and deployment.
• Conduct performance monitoring and coaching for the team.
