We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Lead, Monday through Friday (6:30 am - 3:00 pm) to supervise, coordinate, and execute warehouse activities to ensure a safe and efficient operation. This full-time hourly position will report to the Facility Manager to support our customers with high-quality, accurate, and timely service and may occasionally require weekends, holidays, and overtime.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Keep the warehouse up to code and safe by reviewing safety codes, design layouts, and security procedures.Coordinate and monitor orders, inbound and outbound activities, and also address inventory discrepancies.Assist in hiring new employees as needed, to ensure warehouse team staffing levels.Plan and communicate shift objectives, monitor performance indicators, and address needs with the team.Collaborate with all leads to forecast labor needs to control costs and contribute as an LTO.Coac...
