Responsibilities
- Responsible to other clerical work related to the maintenance of an accurate Inventory of stocks in the warehouse.
- Perform random spot check of materials on fast moving items. Ensure that actual stock on hand is tally with corresponding bin card.
- Assist in the preparation of Inventory Analysis Report. Encode all information in the Inventory Report based on the result of the Physical count of materials.
- Provide assistance to the Inventory Specialist in the investigation of records and balances not agreeing with inventory count. Trace corresponding documentation.
- Maintain all files related to Inventory Report.
- Perform other related warehouse functions such as issuance of materials and receipt of materials from suppliers.
- Assist the Data Encoder in the input of all warehouse transactions into the computer.
