As a Warehouse Operative you will be part of a dedicated Dispatch Team, who are responsible for the shipping of food-based Proficiency Testing and Quality Control samples to 3000+ international customer base. You will be carrying out the dispatching of orders, and receipt and storage of stock. The dispatch department are a five-person team working in a small warehouse, storing and shipping a variety of food-based products to over 120 countries around the world.
What you’ll be doing:
- Printing of paperwork to accompany outgoing shipments
- Manually preparing and packing orders from picking lists
- Labelling up of food samples
- Storing and monitoring stocks of packaging materials and ice packs
- Performing stock control duties using our bespoke database (training provided)
