Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a clean, secure, and hazard-free working environment
• Prepare the Receiving Area for incoming shipments
• Unload and sort diverse merchandise trailers
• Coordinate pallet movement to the sales floor actively
• Provide feedback and training to team members
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong adherence to safety and company protocols
• Proven leadership abilities in team settings
• Understanding of retail merchandising processes
