Wall Fabricator-Night Shift

Position Description

Scott Springfield by Modine (SSM) is a tier‑1 supplier offering scalable air‑handling solutions. To support its growth, SSM is hiring a Wall Fabricator for the Production team.

Shift and Location

Night Shift: 3:00 pm‑1:30 am, Monday‑Thursday. Workplace: 2234 Portland St SE, Calgary, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently use various power tools (drill, impact gun, grinder, rivet gun).
• Assemble wall and roof panels by operating hydraulic clinchers.
• Cut insulation using engineered jigs.
• Tack weld Z‑bars to roof panels with a wire‑feed welding machine.
• Operate overhead cranes to transport finished goods from tables to assembly carts.
• Partner with the Lead Hand to meet standard operating procedures and maintain inventory controls.
• Perform all tasks safely and in accordance with Health & Safety policies, JHA’s & SWP’s.
