Responsibilities
Greet customers, hand out menus, and take meal and beverage orders.
Communicate orders efficiently to the kitchen.
Offer menu recommendations and specials, memorise the menu to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
Confirm food items match the orders and deliver them to the correct table.
Deliver meals and beverages to tables when prepared.
Check that customers are satisfied, address any concerns, and ensure a pleasant din...
