La Brasserie is our 2AA rosette restaurant and cocktail bar. Our fabulous restaurant is at the heart of our hotel.

We are now accepting applications to join our Restaurant team in the role of Restaurant Waiter / Waitress.

Roles can be Monday to Friday, Evening or Weekend – we can offer flexible days / shifts.
