• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about the menu.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests’ satisfaction.
• Monitor guests’ needs throughout their meal, providing refills, clearing plates, and offering additional services as needed.
• Handle payments, including processing cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
• Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and drink delivery.
