- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about the menu.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests’ satisfaction.
- Monitor guests’ needs throughout their meal, providing refills, clearing plates, and offering additional services as needed.
- Handle payments, including processing cash, credit cards, and checks.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and drink delivery.
