Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Understand the sequence of service and anticipate guest needs.
• Be fully aware of table allocations, dietary requirements, allergies and special requests, and ensure careful attention to the day sheet.
• Inform the kitchen of any guest food requirements or allergies in accordance with standards.
• Have a complete knowledge of the menu and wine list to confidently assist guests.
