VP1 Global Markets Trading & Risk Application L2 Support, GIPS

The GM Risk App Support will serve as an application support strategist and innovator for Global Markets and Risk Management Systems, leading run functions across GM Trading, Balance Sheet, Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity, Fraud, and Compliance.

• Provide support to the organization in developing, operating and managing large and sophisticated enterprise system environments, primarily leading the banks run function.
• Oversee continuous 24/7/365 support for GM and Risk management systems and provide support to GM business at the trading floor.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for teams, guiding incident and problem management efforts.
• Ensure database and middleware product availability, performance, and patch compliance in accordance with bank standards.
