• More than 15 years of experience in a compliance role interacting with regulators across Latin America and supporting diverse internal stakeholders
• Experience in the practice of law as a licensed attorney in one or more Latin American countries; cross‑border legal experience in finance‑related sectors preferred
• Experience with regulators or in regulatory compliance across Latin America required
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Proven managerial expertise with a track record of building, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams across multiple geographies
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
• Highest ethical standards, professional demeanor, proactive, flexible, diligent, and dependable
