VP of Global Operating Model & Continuous Improvement

Vestas is seeking a Vice President Global Operating Model & Continuous Improvement to design, implement and optimize the global operating model for our Service business. You will ensure alignment, governance, and continuous improvement to boost efficiency, quality, scalability and customer value.

You will lead a global program, oversee governance, KPIs, and dashboards, and manage a 25-person team across regions.
