You will combine strategic customer leadership with hands-on ownership of onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion for mid-market and enterprise customers.
Responsibilities Lead the full post-sales customer lifecycle across onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
Manage and coach a small Customer Success team while staying close to key customer relationships.
