Experience: 12–18 years in Banking / Investment Banking Operations
Domain: Client Onboarding, CDD, EDD, KYC
Leadership: Managing global teams and senior stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end client onboarding for institutional clients
• Manage global stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, and Operations
• Ensure adherence to AML/KYC and regulatory frameworks
• Drive operational excellence, transformation, and automation initiatives
• Lead and develop high-performing onboarding teams
